Request for Proposal

The Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority (the “Authority”) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of seeking financing for several upcoming Authority projects.

The total amount of financing sought is $5,400,000.00 and will be allocated among the projects as determined by the Authority. Accordingly, the Authority invites proposals from financial institutions qualified to do business in Pennsylvania.
